You can buy the card on site:
  • at the Information Point (level 0, next to the Helios cinema),
  • in one of the two self-service Card Machines (level 0, next to the C&A store and level -1, next to CK Rury and Super-Pharm) – Card Machines are also available on non-trading Sundays,
  • order online and pick up at Galeria Echo.

The most important information in a nutshell.

A gift card is a prepaid payment card issued to the bearer. Gift card Galeria Echo functions as a standard payment card with a specific funds limit, blocked to tenants Galeria Echo in Kielce.

Gift cards are sold:

  • Stationary
    – at the Information Point on level 0, next to the Helios cinema,

    – in self-service Card Machines (level 0, next to the C&A store and level -1, next to CK Rury and Super-Pharm) – Card Machines are also available on non-trading Sundays.
  • Online order on the website and collect it at the Information Point.

The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The card expiration date does not change after a purchase or refund transaction.

If your gift card transaction cannot be completed, please ensure that:
  • the transaction is made at a retail and service point in the area Galeria Echo,
  • there is sufficient amount on the card,
  • the gift card, and in particular the magnetic strip on the back of the card, is not damaged,
  • the transaction is not made at a self-service checkout,
  • the card is active and has not expired,
  • in the case of combined transactions, when the transaction is paid partly with a gift card and partly with another form of payment, the store staff carries out the transaction correctly.

Available options are:

  • order cards up to PLN 1000 or 10 pieces – without registration – delivery to the specified address;
  • ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 (max. PLN 250,000) or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner – collection at the center;
  • ordering cards for an amount exceeding PLN 1000 (max. PLN 250,000) or more than 10 pieces – only after registering via the "Log in" button in the upper right corner and making the first payment by traditional transfer in order to verify the user (the details of the purchasing company must be identical to the details of the owner of the bank account from which the transfer originated – shipping to the specified address. Additional fees for order processing are charged for orders exceeding 5 cards.

No invoice will be issued for the purchase of gift cards. The accounting document confirming the purchase of the cards is an accounting note.

In the event of an incorrectly issued accounting note, please report the irregularity to the following address: [email protected]The accounting note will be corrected within a maximum of five business days from receipt of the notification.

Additional costs associated with the order include:

  • delivery costs when the order is shipped,
  • the service fee is PLN 2 for each additional gift card, above 5 pieces in an order with the option of delivery to the specified address,
  • online payment commission is charged when the customer selects the payment method of quick transfer or blik payment when placing the order.
